ABOUT OUR TEAM
The Founders
Carolyn and Laurent Delelee founded Cote d'Or Imports in 2006 after many years in the wine trade (Burgundy wine tourism, sales, import and export). Their Franco-American partnership combines their varied experiences and allows them to fully understand the French producer/shop owners' needs as well as the expectations of the US collector/consumer. They are very proud of the great team that accompanies them - see below for specific requests.
The US team
Kat manages our rock star US team, which includes Taylor, Justin and Rafael. They are our customer service, logistics and delivery coordinators. They are your dedicated contacts for any questions you may have regarding your final delivery in the US.
The French team
At the French office, our specialized teams expertly manage all aspects of your order.
Virginie and her team work on export procedure, samples and trade show specialist.
Maud and her team are experts for contacts with US customers, group orders and billing.
Charlotte and her management team handle the back office world
Julie, as manager of the logistics team, serves as liaison with French wineries and retailers.
Joffrey and his team handle retrieval and delivery of orders and verify each bottle in each order before it leaves our warehouse.
