Tariff Update - Feb. 2026

We have exciting news to share, along with some important updates that we want to communicate to you as clearly and transparently as possible.

Yesterday, the U.S. Supreme Court issued a landmark ruling declaring the previously imposed tariffs illegal. We are truly pleased with this decision. 

That said, we want to be straightforward with you about what this means in practical terms right now, particularly for orders currently in transit.

While the tariffs have been ruled illegal, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has not yet updated its procedures or systems to reflect the ruling. This means that, for the moment, CBP is still collecting the 15% tariff — and we do not know when they will stop doing so. We are watching this closely and will notify you as soon as that changes.

As for refunds on tariffs already paid, we simply do not know yet whether refunds will be issued, or how that process would work if they were. This will depend entirely on guidance from CBP, and we must wait for them to update their systems and publish official procedures before we can give you any concrete information.

We also want to make you aware that a new 10% tariff was announced yesterday and is set to go into effect on February 24th at 12:01 AM. We are monitoring the situation carefully as it evolves.
