Tariff Update

We have two updates to share.

IEEPA Tariff Refunds (shipments cleared April 2025 - February 24, 2026)— In Progress

The federal refund portal opened April 20, and we have been submitting requests on your behalf since day one. We know many of you have been waiting a long time for this moment — and so have we. Every shipment, every dollar paid on your behalf has been accounted for, and the moment that door opened, we were ready. CBP has indicated that the first refunds are expected to reach importers around May 11. Processing may still take several months, but our commitment remains the same: the moment we receive funds related to IEEPA tariffs paid on your behalf, we will forward them directly to you. The government's deadline to appeal the underlying court order is June 6.

Section 122 Tariffs — Ruling Issued, Refund Process TBD

On May 7, the Court of International Trade ruled that the 10% global tariffs imposed under Section 122 — which have applied to shipments since February 24, 2026 — are unlawful. The court's immediate relief is currently limited to the named plaintiffs in the lawsuit, and there is no CBP refund process in place yet for other importers. We are closely monitoring the litigation and will do everything in our power to process refunds on your behalf the moment the path forward becomes clear.
